Successful Candidate will be:

The Regional Operations Leader is responsible for the delivery of a regional 1st class customer focused organization, drive year over year productivity within the regional maintenance & Service General & Administration budgets, execute regional regulatory compliance, improve all regional operational KPIs & drive services growth in the region.

• Responsible for driving a strong operating rhythm and achieving the regional financial targets (Revenue, SG&A, Maintenance cost, Net Income and EBITDA).
• Regional ownership of the development & execution of the company's customer service delivery.
• Responsible for all customers and service delivery in the region, CV, KPI's, including workshop management.
• Lead FleetCare strategy (together with the Regional Commercial Leader) to optimize FleetCare penetration, network & infrastructure for service delivery.
• In combination with regional commercial leaders drive the strategic thinking, customer experience & organization effectiveness of the region.
• Lead and improve maintenance supplier geographic coverage, service delivery & payment terms.
• Lead owned workshops to exceed maintenance KPI´s.
• Ownership of EHS compliance programs.
• Review credits and identify / rectify any process failures.  
• Engage and develop employees and retain key talent  development of organization strategies.
• NPS analysis & development of process improvements.
• Drive a workload class service delivery organization.
• Performance management.
• Strategic thinker & executor.
• An organisation in the Nordics with approx. 90 employees

  Qualifications Required

• Master / Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 10 years work experience, including minimum 3 years management experience.
• Sound Operational strategic vision & analytical skills with ability to provide guiding & coaching.
• Ability to motivate, engage and promote new ideas.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and outstanding  interpersonal  skills.
• Strong problem-solving/analytical skills.;
• Confidence / assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Able  to  translate  strategies  and  business  priorities  into  actionable  plans.
• Flexible, resourceful and initiative taker.
• Fluency in English.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to travel 40%
