Successful Candidate will be:

• The Senior HR Manager for TIP Trailer Services in the Nordics acts as a business partner for the regional senior leaders.

• The Senior HR Manager Nordics has HR Generalist responsibilities for TIP Trailer Services (96 employees) in Norway #4, Denmark #73, Sweden #9 and Finland #10.

• Part of regional Senior Leadership Team and together with the other members of the SLT responsible for setting organization priorities, drive business imperatives and implement strategic HR initiatives.

• Lead critical HR processes, such as: appraisals, Goals & Objectives, Talent & Succession planning, Salary & Bonus planning and employee engagement.

• The expert on pensions, benefits and local labor legislation, with a sharp and pro-active approach support leadership team in growing our business.

• Provide a full spectrum of HR generalist support and guidance to managers and employees in areas such as employee relations, training and performance management, to help achieve the business objectives.

• Active European HR team member and drives best practice sharing across TIP Trailer Services.

• Ensure that workplace practices are consistent with company policies, procedures and values.

    

Qualifications Required:

• At least Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

• At  least  5  years  of  related  and  progressive  HR  experience.

• Able  to  work  independently  in  a  dynamic  and  matrix  work  environment.

• Outstanding  communication,  training  and  interpersonal  skills.

• Strong problem-solving/analytical skills.

• High degree of credibility to influence and persuade.

• Experience  providing  HR  support  to  a  Commercial  organization.

• Ability  to  interact  with  senior  leaders  and  balance  multiple  priorities.

• Able  to  translate  strategies  and  business  priorities  into  actionable  plans.

• Flexible, resourceful and initiative taker.

• Fluency in English.

• Ability to travel up to 30%.
