HR Assistent Nordic BESAT

Search & Select are for Tip Trailer Services searching for a HR Assistent for the Nordic HR team.

Opportunities offered: 

Reporting to Nordic Human Resource Manager, this position plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the whole Nordic region. We are looking for a team player that can handle a multitude of responsibilities, support cross-functional teams and assist with special projects. 

Successful Candidate:  

• The HR Assistant Nordics acts mainly as an assistant for the HR Manager Nordic  
• Must have good insight in payroll routines
• Can assist the HR Manager Nordic in HR administrative processes
• Manage the on- and off boarding process
• Assists in ensuring that the workplace practices are consistent with company policies, procedures and values
• Has self-starting skills
• Manage staff benefits and assist in planning of internal events
• Can and will assist with various normal HR tasks and ad hoc tasks  

Qualifications Required: 

• Educational background can be various (could be office trained with relevant HR experience)
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Able to work in a dynamic and matrix work environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and a desire to take responsibility
• Fluency in English
• It will be an advantage if the candidate knows/talks the Nordic languages
• Good IT skills - mainly in MS Office, knowledge of workday a plus
• Ability to travel up to approx. 15-20 days per year
