Project Manager BESAT/CLOSED

- reporting to the Global Engineering Manager

To the Dinex Group, we are currently looking for a�Project Manager (PM). The�PM will be responsible�for leading projects with internal and external customers�from the RFQ until Production Launch stage by following the Dinex APQP Stage Gate process. During the process, the role of the�PM is to secure the project is cost-optimized, production suitable, having the right performance, on schedule and budget.

You will be part of a young team in Denmark with a wide range of global contact surface to project managers on other Dinex locations.

The position is newly created and will have base in DK-5500 Middelfart.��

OVERALL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product development of customer specific projects according to procedures, including preparation of APQP documents plus creation and follow up of PPAP documents
• Define and follow a project plan
• Highlight needed resources and appoint responsibilities
• Define scope of delivery
• Understand and meet customer requirements
• Assuring that products are cost-optimized and production suitable
• Advising clients, including customer visits
• Cost calculation and quotation in coordination with Sales
• Working cross functional with different departments to ensure implementation of products to the OEM customers applications
• Review of relevant project data such as drawings, specifications and master data in XAL
• Secure revision control and track record (Change Management)
• Assist in complaints handling
• Summarizing projects overview to report and present status with management (Opportunity Pipe Line)
• Escalate topics within the organisation using good judgement to secure successful outcomes and good collaboration
• Ensure proper documentation of all commercial and technical matters, and written communication to customer
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge�

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor in Engineering or similar/other relevant education a minimum, Master degree would be considered as an advantage
• A few years of project management experience is required
• Experience with project management tools & process like Prince2 or similar
• Experience with the OEM industry, automotive sector, windmill industry etc. would considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of quality standards from the automotive industry – FMEA, APQP, PPAP etc. would be considered as an advantage
• Strong team player with ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
• Good verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
• Analytic expertise and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of manufacturing process�

Languages:
Fluency in English and Danish - Both verbally and in writing

IT Skills:
Experienced user of MS Office and in general IT flair.�
Experience and knowledge with 3D drawing�program, SolidWorks, with creating BOM (Bill of Material) &�routing in ERP and with Concorde XAL�would be an advantage�

Travel days:
Must be able/willing to travel approx.�15 -�20 days per year�

Residence:
Within max 1 hour away from DK-5500 Middelfart�
