Digital Solution Manager

With reference to the Vice President, Nordic, we are looking for a dedicated digital minded team player and manager who is passionate about supporting and nurturing existing customer relationships as well as creating new sales opportunities and results. You and your existing team member will play a central role in the continued digital growth, sales and development within the business area, Digital Solutions. The position is a new additional. You will get an employee as a direct reference.

Your main responsibilities will be:

➢ Responsible for the entire order-to-delivery process of the Tip Insight digital solutions in the Nordic region
➢ Overall responsibility for the revenue growth and new business contracts for the TIP Insight service line in the region
➢ Leading business development activities in the Region in accordance with the Digital Solution Strategy
➢ Manage Customer Relationships; you know the customers and what is important to them
➢ Work closely with external partners to meet customer requirements
➢ Assist the pricing team regarding customer offers and price setting
➢ Train and guide the sales team in the digital solution portfolio
➢ Tracking of installed solutions across the region, and ensure all hardware is activated according to sales plans
➢ Prepare sales reports and forecast, and provide account updates trough Salesforce
➢ Updated on the latest development within the field of Digital solutions in the transport industry


The ideal candidate:

➢ 5-10+ years of sales experience and proven results 
➢ Account management, international business, and aftermarket services experience
➢ Ability to lead a team and support collaboration
➢ Technically & operationally driven and customer-oriented
➢ Technical knowledge and experience in the field of technical telematics/trailer knowledge is a plus including:
  • Experience working with the major truck and trailer manufacturers
  • Experience with brakes, axles, and steering
  • Good understanding of telematics products and its value proposition for different client segments
➢ Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
➢ IT knowledge at super user level (MS products and Salesforce)
➢ A Scandinavian language as mother tongue and a professional level for speaking and writing English
