Quality Manager

- With reference to Operations Director

To one of our customers we are currently looking for a Quality Manager, who can help them to develop their position as one of the leading manufacturer of the products within their field.

If you have the right background and if you are prepared to provide a professional performance as Quality Manager in their business you must be prepared for the following: 

Job Description:
You can improve their quality performance and thereby the operations performance. You are motivated by working with quality processes and optimization. As the new Quality Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 and TS 16949 system for the entities in Denmark.

The company meet great expectations to their ability to document processes, which will be your key responsibility together with claim handling and assuring the process changes. If you have experience with PPAP or similar processing tools it will be an advantage. You will play a key role in leading and building a strong quality culture and actively develop and implement the quality improvements.

Other responsibility areas: 

  • Update and reintroduction of Q procedures across the company
  • Verification of efficiency of the management system
  • Coordination of corrective actions
  • Continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supervision over claim handling system
  • Coordination of Management Review Meetings
  • Support customer audits, general certifications, self-assessment
  • Provide guidance and support to all functions in Q related areas
  • Interpreting rules and regulations within own area
  • Update policies and procedures 

The daily base will be in the Mid-/West Jutland. You will have reference to the Operations Director, and you will become an important part of a strong team of qualified and motivated employees.

Your qualifications:
You have a relevant education within quality management and have at least 5 years of working experience in quality area of a manufacturing company. You have in depth understanding of ISO system regulations, and have very strong analytical and problem solving skills. You excel in organizing and prioritizing tasks and objectives, because you are highly self-driven, work hard and have strong implementation skills and commitment.

OTHERS 

Educational background:
Mechanical Engineer, Internal Auditor, LEAN or Six Sigma certified.

Languages:
Your English and Danish skills, written as well as spoken, are excellent. 

IT Skills:
Experienced user of MS Office and in general IT flair.

Travel days:
Must be able/willing to travel approx. 20 - 30 days per year. 

Residence:
Within max 1 hour away from the company in Mid-/West Jutland.
